Laurel B does it have a lot of push ups in it? My wrists don't hold up to those, but I'm interested in what other exercises for upper body there is.

Jenna Hackworth I probably did around 75-90 pushups yesterday. Honestly, I'd have to check the book out when I get home. I can't remember what else there is for upper body. I'd recommend checking out the author's website.
