This is for sure one of the finest books that I've read recently. In this fast paced environment, it is important that you adopt a strategy to "fail fast", learn, and deliver MVP (Minimum Viable Product) to the customer, and get an edge. It's all about learning; focusing and fine tuning your direction to produce what customer wants rather than being hit by surprises towards the end.

Really good read for folks who are working on new products and startups!
