The Lean Startup

I started reading this book after a lot of mention of lean start-up methodologies in the start-up community. But this books isn't just for entrepreneurs. It is equally useful if you are working in a corporate where teams and employees are given free rein to develop their own product.
Eric Ries takes you through the various stages of a start-up and creates a comparison between existing management methodologies and why they don't work for a start-up. Last few chapters are more about how to sustain a start up like culture in companies which are big enough not to be called a start up.
He took a lot of the inspiration for this book and methodology from the lean manufacturing from the Toyota Production System.
