This book could have been great. However, poor editing and confusing plot twist completely done it into the ground. Since this was the authors first time at bat it seems unfair to blame him; rather I blame the editor who clearly has below poor reading skills to have let this book go to print with so many errors and attempts at misdirection which totally make the book almost unreadable. Had I paid for this download I most certainly be willing to fight for my refund. Hope he got better with his next effort.

Very nice read,Sandy was almost to tough to be believable at first and then came the part with Sgt. Huress and the author showed she can be human and show fear and went on to make her a likable,tough,REAL kind of woman that all men would like to know. I enjoyed this book very much and will read the rest in the series.

Sandy Reid finds herself in Florida by way of Philadelphia where things are looking up in her life getting involved in a murder get estranged brother has been charged with. Fast paced with great characters.

About the author
Rod Hoisington, author of the new mystery book One Deadly Sister, was born in Salina, KS, and attended school there and in Evergreen, CO. He studied at the University of Colorado and was graduated from the University of Denver with a Bachelors degree in Business Education. After employment in Philadelphia, PA, he was an Adjunct Instructor at Florida Keys Community College and owned tax and accounting practices in Key Largo, FL and Vero Beach, FL.Now retired and living in Vero Beach, FL., he firmly believes that nobody is past his or her prime. He says he wanted to prove he wasn't over the hill yet, and writing mystery novels was easier than sailing solo across the Atlantic.ONE DEADLY SISTER is his first novel.
