About the author (2000)

Quintin Jardine was a journalist before joining the Government Information Service as an advisor. Later he moved into political PR, until in 1986 he 'privatized' himself, to become an independent public relations consultant. He is the author of the Skinner crime novels and the Oz Blackstone mysteries.
