Health Department-Assignment to, of One 30-Gallon Galvanized Boiler, Turned
Over by the President of the Borough of Manhattan.
The Deputy and Acting Comptroller presented the following report and offered
the following resolution:

January 17, 1916.

To the Commissioners of the Sinking Fund, The City of New York: Gentlemen-On January 7, 1916, the President of the Borough of Manhattan surrendered to the Commissioners of the Sinking Fund the following property as no longer required:

One (1) 30-gallon galvanized boiler.

In a communication dated January 12, 1916, the Department of Health requested the assignment of the property above referred to. The adoption of the attached resolution authorizing the assignment is therefore recommended. ALEX. BROUGH, Deputy and Acting Comptroller.

Resolved, That, pursuant to the provisions of section 205 of the Greater New York Charter, as amended, the Commissioners of the Sinking Fund hereby assign to the Departmnt of Health the following property turned over by the President of the Borough of Manhattan as no longer required:

The Deputy and Acting Comptroller presented the following report and offered the following resolution:

Gentlemen-On January 4, 1916, the President of the Borough of Richmond surrendered to the Commissioners of the Sinking Fund the following property as no longer required:

Three (3) horses, Nos. 9, 96 and 99, as no longer fit for service.

In a communication dated January 13, 1916, the Department of Health requested the assignment of the property above referred to for anti-toxin purposes. The adoption of the attached resolution authorizing the assignment is therefore recommended. Respectfully,

Department of Correction-Assignment to, of One 60-inch Flat Top Desk, Etc.,
Turned Over by Board of Water Supply.
The Deputy and Acting Comptroller presented the following report and offered
the following resolution:

January 12, 1916.

To the Commissioners of the Sinking Fund, The City of New York: Gentlemen-On December 28, 1915, the Board of Water Supply surrendered to the Commissioners of the Sinking Fund the following property as no longer required: One (1) 60-inch flat top desk; three (3) clothes trees; twelve (12) cil stoves. In a communication dated December 21, 1915. the Department of Correction requested the assignment of the property above referred to. The adoption of the attached resolution authorizing the assignment is therefore recommended. ALEX. BROUGH, Deputy and Acting Comptroller.

Gentlemen-On December 31, 1915, the Charter Revision Committee of the Board of Estimate and Apportionment surrendered to the Commissioners of the Sinking Fund the following property as no longer required:

One (1) table, one (1) chair, one (1) rug, two (2) desks-oak.

In a communication dated January 6, 1916, the Department of Correction requested the assignment of the property above referred to. The adoption of the attached resolution authorizing the assignment is, therefore, recommended. Respectfully, ALEX. BROUGH, Deputy and Acting Comptroller. Fire Department-Assignment to, of 77 Chairs, Etc., Turned Over by the Board of Water Supply. The Deputy and Acting Comptroller presented the following report and offered the following resolution:

January 12, 1916.

To the Commissioners of the Sinking Fund, The City of New York: Gentlemen-On December 16, 1915, the Board of Water Supply surrendered to the Commissioners of the Sinking Fund the following property as no longer required: Seventy-seven (77) chairs, N. Y. F., No. 1; one hundred and six (106) chairs. No. 22; twelve (12) chairs, No. 281; three (3) chairs, T. W., revolving; three (3) chairs, cane-bottom, revolving; four (4) chairs, cane bottom, revolving; one (1) chair, arm, revolving; eight (8) desks.

In a communication, dated December 21, 1915, the Fire Department requested the assignment of the property above referred to. The adoption of the attached resolution authorizing the assignment is therefore recommended. ALEX. BROUGH, Deputy and Acting Comptroller.

Street Cleaning Department-Assignment to, of One Trestle Board, Etc., Turned Over by Board of Water Supply.

The Deputy and Acting Comptroller presented the following report and offered the following resolution:

January 12, 1916.

To the Commissioners of the Sinking Fund, The City of New York: Gentlemen-On November 3, 1915, the Board of Water Supply surrendered to the Commissioners of the Sinking Fund the following property as no longer required:

One (1) Trestle board, 31 inches by 42 inches; two (2) 60 inch oak flat top desks; two (2) bentwood office chairs, No. 453; one (1) plan case.

In a communication dated October 26, 1915, the Department of Street Cleaning requested the assignment of the property above referred to. The adoption of the attached resolution authorizing the assignment is therefore recommended. ALEX. BROUGH, Deputy and Acting Comptroller.

Board of Inebriety-Assignment to, of One Portable Horse Shoeing Wagon with
Forge and Equipment, Turned Over by the Fire Department.
The Deputy and Acting Comptroller presented the following report and offered
the following resolution:

January 15, 1916.

To the Commissioners of the Sinking Fund, The City of New York: Gentlemen-On January 5, 1916, the Fire Department surrendered to the Commissioners of the Sinking Fund the following property as no longer required:

One (1) portable horse-shoeing wagon with forge and other equipment complete. In a communication, dated January 5, 1916, the Board of Inebriety requested the assignment of the property above referred to. The adoption of the attached resolution authorizing the assignment is therefore recommended.

To the Commissioners of the Sinking Fund, The City of New York: Gentlemen-On December 7, 1915, the Fire Department surrendered to the Commissioners of the Sinking Fund the following property as no longer required:

Two (2) battalion wagons (R8 and R9); six (6) axes; four (4) ladders; four (4) 6-foot hooks; two (2) sets of harness; two (2) picks; two (2) double sets harness; three (3) hay forks.

In a communication dated December 23, 1915, the Board of Inebriety requested the assignment of the property above referred to. The adoption of the attached resolution authorizing the assignment is therefore recommended.

To the Commissioners of the Sinking Fund, The City of New York:

Gentlemen-On December 31, 1915, the Charter Revision Commission of the Board of Estimate and Apportionment surrendered to the Commissioners of the Sinking Fund the following property as no longer required:

One (1) typewriter chair; ten (10) arm chairs; one (1) revolving chair; two (2) typewriter desks; three (3) metal waste baskets; two (2) flat top desks; one (1) card index, oak; one (1) wardrobe, oak; one (1) metal file case, 3 part.

In a communication dated January 4, 1916, the Board of Assessors requested the assignment of the property above referred to. The adoption of the attached resolution authorizing the assignment is therefore recommended.

Park Department, Queens-Assignment to, of 800 Oak Piles, Turned Over by the Dock Department.

The Deputy and Acting Comptroller presented the following report and offered the following resolution:

January 12, 1916.

To the Commissioners of the Sinking Fund, The City of New York: Gentlemen-On December 27, 1915, the Department of Docks and Ferries surrendered to the Commissioners of the Sinking Fund the following property as no longer required:

Eight hundred (800) oak piles new in the southerly rack of the former Stapleton Ferry, Stapleton, Staten Island.

In a communication dated December 28, 1915, the Department of Parks. Borough of Queens, requested the assignment of the property above referred to. The adoption of the attached resolution authorizing the assignment is therefore reccmmended. Respectfully, ALEX. BROUGH, Deputy and Acting Comptroller.

Resolved, That, pursuant to the provisions of section 205 of the Greater New York Charter, as amended, the Commissioners of the Sinking Fund hereby assign to the Department of Parks, Borough of Queens, the following property turned over by the Department of Docks and Ferries, as no longer required:

Eight hundred (800) oak piles now in the southerly rack of the former Stapleton Ferry, Stapleton, Staten Island.
