Whereas it has been represented to the legislature by the petition of the medical society of the county of Suf folk, that the secretary of the said society hath neglected to lodge in the office of the clerk of the said county a copy of the proceedings had at their first meeting, as is directed and required by the act entitled "An act to incorporate medical societies for the purpose of regulat ing the practice of physic and surgery in this state," passed 4th April, 1806: Therefore,

XXIII. XXVI. XXVII. XXVIII. XXXI.
