The story in the book is a metaphor. It revolves around government, control, manipulation, and propaganda. It is a must read.

Very nice book, nice twist ending. Character's very clear. love how pigs are the smartest, but the laziest XD

Animal farm
I had fond memories of reading this book in grade school and after failing to acquire it in print form as it is banned now in many countries, including the USA, I enjoyed reading it digitally via Google books. Excellent in every way, with so many parallels to modern politics it is just scary.

I loved this book, and I still love it.

An outstanding book! The topic is so well developed. George Orwell is by far my favourite writer!
