Bristol, Exeter, Hull, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Norwich and Edinburgh, and also such other cities, towns and places in Great Britain, being respectively counties of themselves for which the said jurors for the respective counties at large as aforesaid shall think proper that commercial commissioners should be named , there shall be appointed by the respective persons acting as magistrates or justices of the peace for such cities, towns and places respectively, being counties of themselves as aforesaid, so many persons qualified as hereinafter is required, to be commercial commissioners within and for such cities, towns and places respec- | tively, and within and for such parishes, &c.
