The thirty-fourth volume of the WEEKLY REPORTER differs in no material respect from its predecessors. The reports have been issued as speedily as possible, and constant pains have been taken to make them brief without impairing their perspicuity. It is believed that they will be found to be accurate and worthy of the confidence with which cases in the WEEKLY REPORTER have always been cited by the Profession.

The Annual Digest contains, as usual, a summary of all the cases published during the past year in the WEEKLY REPORTER and in the Law Reports, the Law Journal Reports, and the Law Times Reports, besides those given in the Irish

Reports.
