NUMEROUS inquiries for the Code of Civil Procedure in a small compass, which would in fact as well as in name be a "pocket code,” have induced the publisher to issue this present edition.
In addition to the large and annotated codes, the busy practitioner finds it necessary to have db his hand for ready reference, a small edition in one volume, that will enable him to turn in a moñent to atry section desired. The volume can easily be carried in an ordinary pocket.
The amendments are inserted in their proper places up to the close of the Legislature of 1885.
