NUMEROUS inquiries for the Code of Civil Procedure in a small compass, which would in fact as well as in name be a “pocket code,” have induced the publisher to issue this present edition,
In addition to the large and annotated codes, the busy practitioner finds it necessary to have do his hand for ready reference, a smali édition in one volume, that will enable him to turn in a munient to airy section desired. The volume can easily be carried in an ordinary pocket.
The amendments are inserced ji: their proper places up to the close of the Legislature of 1885.
