And the said release and conveyance shall be sufficient to vest in the said purchaser or purchasers of said lots the right, title and interest, late of John Irwin, deceased, as fully and perfectly as if the sale and conveyance to the minor children of Henry Irwin had never been made: And provided further, That the release by the said guardians to the said purchaser or purchasers shall be approved of by the court of Common Pleas of Dauphin county: And provided further, That an acknowledgment of the said release before the mayor of the city of Baltimore, or one of the judges resident in said city, shall be a sufficient acknowledgment of such release or conveyance, and shall entitle the same to be recorded in the county of Allegheny in this Commonwealth.

Changing the name of the township of Conneauttee, in the county of Erie, to that of Washington, and the town of Conemaugh, in the county of Cambria, to that of Johnstown.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in General Assembly met, and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That the name of the township of Conneauttee, in the county of Erie, be altered to that of Washington, and that hereafter, for all purposes, Washington be the name of said town. ship.

SECTION 2. The name of the town of Conemaugh, in the county of Cambria, is hereby altered to that of Johnstown, and that hereafter, for all purposes, Johnstown be the name of said
