AN ACT

For the relief of Andrew Wallace, a soldier of the revolutionary war.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in Gêneral Assembly met, and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That the officers of the Land Office be, and they are hereby authorized and required to issue to Andrew Wallace, of Chester county, a soldier of the war of the revolution, in consideration of his services in the said war, and of his present advanced age, on his producing to them the usual documents and evidence of title, a patent for a certain tract of land on which he now resides, in Lower Oxford township, Chester county, containing one hundred acres and a half, besides the usual allowance of six per cent., free from any charge for arrears of purchase money to the Commonwealth, or fees of office: Provided, That nothing in this act contained, shall affect or impair the right of any other person to the said tract of land, or any part thereof.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in General Assembly met, and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That the State Treasurer be, and he is hereby authorized and required to pay to John Sparry, of Montgomery county, Isaac Sullender, of Delaware county, James Hogge, of Bucks county, and to Conrad Schlagle, of Northampton county, soldiers of the revolution, or to their respective orders, forty dellars to each immediately, and an annuity of forty dollars to

AN ACT

To incorporate the Yardleyville Delaware Bridge Company.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in General Assembly met, and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That the capital stock of the Yardleyville Delaware Bridge company, for the purpose of erecting a bridge over the river Delaware, at or near the town of Yardleyville, in the county of Bucks, shall amount to twenty thousand dollars, and that the same shall be divided into shares of fifty dollars each; and the subscribers to the said capital stock shall pay the sum or sums of money, for the share or shares by them respectively subscribed, at such periods, and in such proportions, as the directors of the said company may determine.
