At the General Assembly of His Majesty's Island of SAINT 1786. JOHN, begun and holden at CHARLOTTETOWN, the Twentyfirst day of March, Anno Domini 1785, in the Twenty- W. PATTERSON, fifth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the Third, by the Grace of God, of Great Britain, France and Ireland, King, Defender of the Faith.

And from thence continued, by several prorogations, to the eighth day of November, 1786, and in the twenty-seventh year of His said Majesty's reign; being the third Session of the fourth General Assembly convened in the said Island.

CAP. I.

An Act for setting aside and annulling, at the request of the present proprietors, the sales, &c., of the hereinafter enumerated Lots and shares of Lots of Land within this Island, and for repealing so much of an Act passed in the twentysixty year of his present Majesty's reign, intituled "An Act to render good and valid in Law all and every of the proceedings in the years One thousand seven hundred and eighty, and One thousand seven hundred and eighty-one, which in any respect related to or concerned the suing, seizing, condemning, or selling of the Lots or Townships hereinafter mentioned, or any part thereof," as relates to the said Lots or Townships, or half Lots or Townships of Land.

An Act in addition to two several Acts hereinafter in part Repealed by recited; that is to say, an Act made and passed in the 35 G. 3, c. 3. twenty-first year of His present Majesty's reign, intituled "An Act to explain, amend and render into one Act all the Laws now in being for the purpose of making and repairing Highways in this Island;" also an Act made and passed in the twenty-sixth year of His present Majesty's reign, intituled "An Act for altering, amending, and reducing into 26 G. 3, c. 6. one Act an Act made and passed in the twenty-fifth year of

His present Majesty's reign, intituled 'An Act to alter and amend so much of an Act made and passed in the twentyfirst year of His present Majesty's reign, intituled 'An Act to explain, amend and render into one Act, all the Laws now in being for the purpose of making and repairing Highways in this Island,' as relates to the time appointed by said Act for performing Statute Labor, and some further regulations as to the payment and duty of Overseers of the Highways."
