NOTE-In using this tariff for distances over 200 miles, the rates for the nearest distance to actual miles will be used. If the actual distance is even miles between the groups, use the next greater distance.

For example: 201 miles to 205 miles inclusive, will take rates for 200 miles; 206 to 210 miles inclusive, will take rates for 210 miles.

For distances under 200 miles, where rates are not shown for the exact distance, use rates for the next greater distance.

SHEEP-Double decked cars, 30 feet in length, minimum weight 18,000 lbs. per car.

Above lengths refer to inside measurement. When live stock originates at and is destined to a point where there are no track scales, it must be billed on basis of minimum weights above provided, unless shippers' weights are greater, in which case it must be billed at the latter weights subject to correction. This rule will also apply where it may be impossible from any cause to obtain scale weights.

The foregoing is a true, full and correct copy of schedule of reasonable maximum rates of charges for the transportation of passengers, freight, property and cars, made on the 28th day of April, A. D. 1897.
