combe in the County of Suffex, in Exchange for the Paríonage
Houfe of Balcombe, and the Glebe Lands belonging to the faid
Parish; and for enabling the faid Henry Chatfield to build a new
Parfonage House upon the firft mentioned Lands.

the Reverend Egerton Robert Neve, Rector of Middleton Stoney,
