Holifield (chairman of the subcommittee) presiding.

Mr. HOLIFIELD. Gentlemen, we are here, as you know, to have a
preliminary discussion on H. R. 2781, a bill to reorganize and simplify
the procurement, utilization, and disposal of Government property,
and for other purposes, which will be placed in the record at this point.
