4. If at any time the grantee, his heirs or assigns, fail to fully observe and perform any stipulation of this grant, the corporation may, if they think fit, declare that the site is re-vested in the corporation; and thereupon the same, with the dwelling and other buildings thereon, shall become and be vested in the corporation, as if this giant had not been made.

If at any time the lessee, his executors, administrators, or assigns, fail to duly pay the rent hereby reserved, or to fully observe and perform any stipulation herein contained, the corporation may, if they think tit, re-enter on any part of the site in the name of the whole, and thereupon the term of years shall absolutely cease.
