Animal Farm by George Orwell is a fable about animals trying to get their way and not be treated badly by humans. The pigs are hypocrites who change the rules. The other animals don’t see that what they are doing is wrong. They also think that everything Napoleon does is right. The end of the book isn’t really an ending and it isn’t a good one.
I really just don’t like this book. My teacher made me read it. It was pretty confusing. It is somewhat educational though. One way it is educational is it shows that even if a candidate is wrong, if you are in that party you will probably still choose them. In the book it shows that when Napoleon would do something ,even if it was wrong, Boxer would say “ Comrade Napoleon is always right”. But overall I did not like this book. 

Before you get to reading Animal Farm you may ask, “is this book for me?” Well, I'm here to tell you. Based on personal preference, the literary aspect of the book was very good, and Orwell did a great job in capturing the time period and overall setting of the book. He also included things to do with the time period such as slang and technology. I personally never really got into animal farm because it wasn't much like the girly teen drama books I usually get invested in. however if you get into books that use personification to get important messages across, this ones for you!
The book Animal farm has a lot to do with what was going on in the world at that time. It is essentially about a group of farm animals leading a rebellion against the owner of their farm, Mr. Jones, to escape the abusive and harsh ways he treats them.When they do go through with this protest times get rough for the animals and they run into many bumps in the road on their way to animals ruling over all the world. Some of which are very big bumps. Will they make it out in a happy ending? I guess you'll have to see.
In conclusion the book was very good, I myself never really got into it because it is not to my liking when it comes to books. Depending on the things you like and get interested in. If you're into lessons and stories being told through fables and personification of these ones for you, however if you usually go for the gossip girl books in the library i'd sit this one out.
