ReviewsUser reviewsUser Review - Flag as inappropriate Animal Farm by George Orwell is a fable about animals trying to get their way and not be treated badly by humans. The pigs are hypocrites who change the rules. The other animals don’t see that what they are doing is wrong. They also think that everything Napoleon does is right. The end of the book isn’t really an ending and it isn’t a good one. User Review - Flag as inappropriate Before you get to reading Animal Farm you may ask, “is this book for me?” Well, I'm here to tell you. Based on personal preference, the literary aspect of the book was very good, and Orwell did a great job in capturing the time period and overall setting of the book. He also included things to do with the time period such as slang and technology. I personally never really got into animal farm because it wasn't much like the girly teen drama books I usually get invested in. however if you get into books that use personification to get important messages across, this ones for you!
