To create and establish a commission for revising, systematizing, and reforming the laws of this state, and for the appointment of the members of said commission, to be known as "The commissioners for the revision and reform of the law," and to prescribe their powers and duties; and to authorize the appointment of a secretary and stenographer therefor; and to provide for the compensation and expenses of said commission, secretary, and stenographer, and to appropriate money therefor. ACT 693.

Making a conspiracy to commit any crime against the person of, or an attempt to kill or commit any assault upon, the President, or Vicepresident of the United States, the governor of any state or territory, any United States justice or judge, or the secretary of any executive department of the United States, a felony; and providing a penalty therefor. [Approved February 28, 1903. Stats. 1903, p. 58.]
