Jour. purposes of this act,' approved the twenty-fifth day of July, one thousand nine hundred thirteen, conferring upon the said commission additional powers including the power of eminent domain." Agreeably to order, The Senate proceeded to the third reading and consideration of Senate bill No. 720 (House No. 253), entitled "An act to amend section four of article two of an act approved the eighth day of June, Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred one, entitled 'An act amending article two of an act entitled 'An act to provide for the health and safety of persons employed in and about the anthracite coal mines of Pennsylvania and for the protection and preservation of property connected therewith," approved the second day of June, Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred ninety-one,' increasing the per diem pay of the members of the mine inspectors' examining boards, and providing for their expenses."
