At a General Assembly of the State of Connecticut, holden at Hartford, in said State, on the first Wednesday of May, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty-three:

AUTHORIZING THE LITCHFIELD COUNTY AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY TO HOLD REAL ESTATE.

Resolved, That the Litchfield County Agricultural Society shall be authorized to hold real estate and the buildings and appurtenances and other improvements made thereon, to the amount of two thousand dollars five hundred dollars, and shall be authorized to convey the same whenever the said society shall deem for their interest to do so.
