IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES,

March 3, 1879. The following resolution was agreed to by the Senate February 10, 1879, and concurred in by the House of Representatives March 3, 1879:

Resolved by the Senate (the House of Representatives concurring), That 10,500 copies of the Report of the Smithsoniar. Institution for the year 1878 be printed, 1,000 copies of which shall be for the use of the Senate, 3,000 copies of which shall be for the use of the House of Representatives, and 6,500 for the use of the Smithsonian Institution.
