Page 592 - ... the provisions of this act, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof before any court of competent jurisdiction shall be punished by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars and not exceeding one hundred dollars, or imprisonment in the county jail not less than thirty days or exceeding ninety days or both such fine and imprisonment, at the discretion of the court.
