I. BE it enacted by the people of the state of New

X. And be it further enacted, That the term of the Sept. term courts of common pleas and general sessions of the pleas for peace to be holden in and for the county of Rensselaer, Rensselaer known by the name of the October term, shall in futablished ture be held at the court-house in the town of Troy, in the said county, on the last Monday of September in each and every year hereafter, instead of being holden on the first Monday of October in each year as now directed by law; and the said term shall here after be called the September term, and may be continued from the commencement thereof on every day, except Sunday, until Tuesday in the week next following inclusive, in each and every year hereafter.

XIII. And be it further enacted, That the treasurer shall, on the warrant of the comptroller, pay to Jacob Jeh Eack Eacker the sum of twenty-eight dollars and fifty-five cents, in full of his costs, expended in an ejectment brought against him in behalf of the people of this state by the attorney-general.

XVI.
