I stumbled onto this after recently being diagnosed with PTSD from early childhood trama. The description of symptoms given on pages 18-19 are an so close a match to how I feel that I am dumbfounded. For years I have been trying to articulate my inner emotions to myself with the hope that I could one-day explain it to my husband and therapist. To see my feelings so accurately placed in print is empowering. I am not the only one; there is hope.
The preview is informative, well written, and I look forward to reading the book in its entirety.
