This site would involve a large volume of excavation and would be too far removed for
use by residents at South end of town. Some resident relocation might also be necessary.

Lake on right side (North) of gravel mound is immediately adaptable for boat parking and waiting area for boats supplying processing plant. Excavation of cut necessary for ocean access can serve to enlarge and develop landing site.
