An Act for empowering the Judges of the Court of Seffion in Scotland to fell fuch Parts of the Estates of Seaforth and others, fituated in the County of Rofs, which were entailed by Francis Lord Seaforth deceased, as fhall be fufficient for Payment of the Debts and Provifions which affect or may be made to affect the said entailed Estates, and for granting certain Powers relative to Leafes and Feus of Parts of the faid entailed Eftates.

Parish of Meefden otherwise Missenden, belonging to the faid
Armytage Gauffen.

Tylney Long, in the Counties of Dorfet and York, in Trustees, to
be fold; and for laying out the Money thence arifing (after Pay-

Estates, to be settled, in lieu thereof, to the fame Uses.

An Act to enable the Prebendary of the Prebend of The Moor, in
the City of London, founded in the Cathedral Church of Saint Paul
in London, to grant a Leafe of certain Meffuages, Buildings,
Lands and Hereditaments, fituate in the Parish of Saint Giles
without Cripplegate, in the faid City, Parcel of the faid Prebend,
in manner therein mentioned; and to enable the granting of Sub
Leafes for repairing and otherwise improving the fame.

Chefter, late of Sir Lifter Holte Baronet, deceafed, and Property

Eftates and Property in Trustees, to convey and affure the fame
according to the faid Agreement.
