Note.- James G. Graham resigned as First Deputy December 17, 1906, and Horace McGuire was appointed First Deputy, and George E. Pierce, Second Deputy, and Isaac V. Barrett of Albany, to the Deputyship formerly held by George E. Pierce.

Mr. Blau succeeded Mr. O'Brien as New York Deputy.
