MENTAL HEALTH INFORMATION SERVICE For services and expenses, in accordance with the following schedule, for the administration of the Mental Health Information Service of the State of New York in the First, Second, Third and Fourth Departments of the Appellate Division established pursuant to section 29.09 of the Recodified Mental Hygiene Law, payable upon order of the State Administrator of the Judicial Conference. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 91.01 of such law or any inconsistent provisions of law, the resolution of any issue of fact arising in a proceeding commenced pursuant to section 78.03 thereof, may, in the discretion of the court, be made in accordance with the provisions set forth in chapter eight hundred two of the laws of nineteen hundred sixtythree.
