Provisions relating to fees of district attorneys, clerks, and marshals were eliminated by subsequent legislation (May 28, 1896, ch. 252, § 6, 29 Stat. 179; Feb. 26, 1919, ch. 49, § i, 40 Stat. 1182; Feb. 11, 1921, ch. 46, 41 Stat. 1099), and provisions relating to fees of commissioners were superseded by Act July 10, 1946, ch. 549, 60 Stat. 526 (28 Ú. S. C., §599), which is incorporated in section 636 of this revision. Provisions of this Act have been executed.
