Mt. Annapurna (8091m) of Nepal is the 10th highest mountain in the world and the journey to its base camp, which is at 4,130m / 13,550ft height, is one of the most popular walks on earth.
The Annapurna Base Camp is a high glacial basin lying north of Pokhara. The combination of relatively easy walking and majestic scenery makes the trek to Annapurna Base Camp (4130m), commonly known as Annapurna Sanctuary, one of the most popular treks in Nepal. This magnificent amphitheater is called a “sanctuary” because of its natural serenity, beauty and the divine presence of the Hindu goddesses Annapurna and Gangapurna.
The site of the base camp is used by expeditions attempting the south face of Annapurna I. The trek to Annapurna base camp combines some of the most spectacular Himalayan scenery with a fascinating insight into the life of middle hill Nepalese.
ABC Outline Itinerary
Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu meet our staff and transfer to Hotel.
Day 02: Drive to Pokhara 950m, 6-8 hours journey, 200 k.m.
Day 03: Drive to Nayapool and trek to Tikhedhunga. 1,500m.
Day 04: Trek to Gorepani 2850m, 6-7 hrs walk.
Day 05: Trek to Poonhill - Tadapani, 2660m approx. 6 hours walks.
Day 06: Trek to Sinuwa 2300m, approx. 6 hours walk.
Day 07: Trek to Deurali. 3250m, 5-6 hrs.
Day 08: Trek to ABC Base Camp 4130m, Approx 4-5 hrs.
Day 09: Trek to Sinuwa 2300m, 6-7 hours walk.
Day 10: Trek to Jinu dada 1750m, approx. 4 hours walk.
Day 11: Trek to Pokhara, approx 5-6 hrs.
Day 12: Drive to Kathmandu.
Day 13: Transfer to Airport for International departure.

- socks – polypropylene or other synthetic materials that dry fast and let your feet and toes breathe.
