PUBLISHER'S ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE

THIRTEENTH EDITION.

The Thirteenth Edition of this work has been rewritten and revised to January 1, 1920.

Important amendments have been enacted since the publication of the Twelfth Edition. Article 22 of the Education Law, known as the Industrial School Law, has been entirely rewritten.

The Teachers' Salary Law, establishing minimum salaries for teachers in the cities of the State and providing for salary increases in school districts outside of cities, is in operation. Amendments have been made to the Census Law, the State Tuition Law, the City School Law, and many others which are carefully noted in this edition.
