About the author (2007)

MASSIMO CAPRA grew up in Cremona, Italy, and trained at Salsomaggiore Terme, the national cooking school in Parma. He co-owns the wildly popular Mistura Ristorante in Toronto, where he is famous for his braised meats and risottos.
