The Superintendent of Common Schools, in obedience to the requirements of section 1 of article 1 of title 2 of chapter 15 of part 1 of the Revised Statutes, relating to the common schools of the State, respectfully submits the following ANNUAL REPORT, which contains: 1. A statement of the condition of the common schools of the State. 2. Estimates and accounts of expenditures of the school moneys. 3. Plans for the improvement and management of the common school fund, and for the better organization of the common schools, and 4. Such other matters relating to the office of Superintendent of Common Schools as it is deemed expedient at this time to communi cate. |
