Amending the Railroad Retirement Act of 1937Considers S. 226 and related S. 280, S. 875, and S. 987, to amend the Railroad Retirement Act, the Railroad Retirement Tax Act, the Railroad Unemployment Insurance Act, and the Social Security Act to liberalize administration of and to increase amount of railroad retirement pensions, and to increase railroad employee pension taxes to compensate for pension payment increase. |
