Mr. Page. No. The Shoshone rates have been established primarily on the basis of the value of power in that area. The municipalities and other public agencies have one advantage in rates; we sell larger quantities for a lesser base price.

POWER PLANTS OPERATED ON RECLAMATION PROJECTS Mr. Page. We have a table here which shows all of our power projects and the range of rates. Of course, each project has a variety of contracts for power, depending upon the size of the demand and the facilities which are furnished.
