[XI. VI. And be it enacted, That copies of every such By-law shall be published by every such Municipal Council, twice at least in the Official Gazette of this Province, and at least four times in some public newspaper, if any there be published in such County, and copies thereof shall be moreover posted up in the four most public places in each Township in such County.

VII. [VI.
