CHAPTER 1.

ACT to revive and continue in force an uct entitled "An act sting in and granting and conveying to Thomas S. Butcher, ebecca Durham, Mary Dean, Phæbe Dean and John Dean, all le right, tille, interest and claim of the State of Delaware in and ceriain lands and real estate and personal property which a rtain Jesse Dean, now deceased, died seized and possesed of or titled to, therein mentioned.Private act.

CHAPTER II.

ACT to enable James C. Lowe, a minor, by his guardian Wilam Lowe, to remove from the State of Maryland into this State ertain negro slaves therein mentioned, and to hold them as slaves. Private act.

Passed at Dover, January 16, 1845.

CHAPTER III.

ACT lo vest the title of a certain tract of salt marsh in William

W. Morris. Private act.
