And it is made his especial duty to see that the Work of the Order is performed uniformly by said subordinates; to install, in regular form, at the periods designated by the regulations of the Grand Lodge of the United States, the officers duly elected and appointed in the several subordinates in the District; or cause the same to be done by competent persons, in form; to confer the Past Official Degrees on Past Officers upon the presentation of proper certificates from their respective; to make reports during the months in which installations take place of the officers installed and the amount of dues accruing from each subordinate to the Grand Lodge of the United States; and to make full report during the month of July, of his acts and doings in office, and of the Work, condition and prospects of each of the in said District.
