Section III. That the boundary line of the Town of Woodstock be and the same hereafter shall be as follows:

Beginning at a point where the Towns of Woodstock, Hurley and Kingston now adjoin each other, and running thence south sixty-two degrees (62°) thirty minutes (30 min.) east (as the needle pointed in 1804) one hundred twenty-seven chains (127 chains) to the most southerly corner of lot No. 42 in the Binnewater Class of the Commons of the Town of Kingston; thence north twenty-seven degrees (27°) and thirty minutes (30 min.) east (as the needle pointed in 1804) along the westerly bounds of lots Nos. 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59 and 60 in the Binnewater Class and lot 33 in the first class, and then continuing the same courses along the westerly bounds of lots 34, 35, 36, 37, 38 and 39 of the first class two hundred forty-eight chains (248 chains) to the bounds of the Town of Saugerties; thence north sixty-two degrees (62°) and thirty minutes (30 min.) west (as in 1804) along the bounds of the said Town of Saugerties one hundred ninety-one chains (191 chains) and eighty-eight (88 links); thence continuing northeasterly and westerly along the westerly bounds of the said Town of Saugerties to a point where the Towns of Woodstock and Saugerties, in the County of Ulster, and the Town of Hunter, in the County of Greene, adjoin each other; thence along the southerly bounds of the said Town of Hunter, County of Greene, northwesterly to a point where the said Town of Hunter, County of Greene, the Town of Shandaken, County of Ulster, and the Town of Woodstock adjoin each other; thence southerly along the easterly bounds of the said Town of Shandaken to a point where the Towns of Shandaken, Olive and Woodstock adjoin each other; thence along a portion of the northerly bounds of the Town of Olive, Easterly, southeasterly, easterly, southeasterly and easterly to a point where the Towns of Olive, Hurley and Woodstock adjoin each other; thence along the northerly bounds of the Town of Hurley, easterly, north

easterly, easterly and southeasterly to a point where the Towns of Woodstock, Hurley and Kingston formerly adjoined each other; THENCE ALONG A PORTION OF THE EASTERLY BOUNDS OF Town of Hurley, south one degree (1°) twenty minutes (20 min.) west (as the needle pointed in 1804) ninety-five chains (95 chains) and four links (4 links) to a point measured northerly along the boundary line between the Towns of Woodstock and Hurley from a point where the Towns of Hurley, Kingston and Woodstock now adjoin, a distance of two thousand six hundred ninety-three and nine tenths feet (2,693.9 ft.); thence in the following courses (as the needle pointed in the year 1909) north sixteen degrees (16°) twenty-one minutes (21 min.) east two hundred seventy-seven and four tenths feet (277.4 ft.); thence south seventy-one degrees (71°) fifty-six minutes (56 min.) east two thousand eight hundred thirty-six and eight tenths feet (2,836.8 ft.); thence south nineteen degrees (19°) five minutes (5 min.) west two thousand four hundred twenty-four and six tenths feet (2,424.6); thence north seventy degrees (70°) fifty-five minutes (55 min.) west one thousand four hundred ten and seven tenths feet (1,410.7 ft.) thence south twenty degrees (20°) 00 minutes west seven hundred sixty-nine feet (769.0 ft.) to a point on the dividing line between the Towns of Woodstock and Hurley; thence southerly along the said boundary line, two hundred feet (200 ft.) to the point or place of beginning.
