ENACTMENTS RELATING TO RAILROADS. 1899. Chap. 201. An act to facilitate the proving of the incorporation of new corporations formed by the consolidation of two or more corporations. Chap. 209. An act to extend the time of the Batavia and Northern Railroad Company to begin the construction of its road, and to expend thereon ten per centum of the amount of its capital, and to finish its road and put it in operation.
