Proclamation By The Governor
STATE OF FLORIDA
WHEREAS, The Commissioner appointed under Chapter 6930, Acts of 1915, has reported to me that he has caused to be printed "The Revised General Statutes of Florida,” in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 6930, Acts of 1915, Chapter 7347, Acts of 1917, and Chapter 7838, Acts of 1919, and that the publication of said work is complete and ready for distribution;
AND WHEREAS, The volumes as printed and published, as aforesaid, have been delivered to the Secretary of State of the State of Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, CARY A HARDEE, Governor of Florida, by virtue of the authority vested in me by law, do hereby announce, publish and proclaim that “THE REVISED
GENERAL STATUTES OF FLORIDA” have been completed, | printed and published in accordance with the said Acts of the
Legislature of the State of Florida, and that the volumes so printed and published have been delivered to the Secretary of State of the State of Florida; and that “The Revised General Statutes of Florida,” so completed, printed and published, shall go into effect and be operative and in force on the thirtieth day after the date of this proclamation, to-wit, the 6th day of February, 1921.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the Great Seal of the State to be affixed hereunto at Tallahassee, the Capital, this the 7th day of January, A. D. 1921, and of the Independence of the United States the one hundred and forty-fifth year. CARY A. HARDEE,
