Provides a tax of three-eighths of 1 mill, to be levied annually (ch. 758, Aug. 7, 1913). Appropriates on January 1, 1914, for the establishment of county agricultural representatives, $10,000; on January 1, 1915, $16,000; and on January 1, 1916, a sum sufficient to carry on the work (ch. 611, July 10, 1913).
