About the author (2006)

Terry J. Erdmann is the author or co-author of numerous books about the entertainment industry, including The Paramount Story, The Last Samurai Official Companion, the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine Companion, and Star Trek: Action! As a publicist, he has helped create the marketing campaigns for dozens of motion pictures, from Cocoon, Aliens and Willow, to What’s Love Got to Do With It, Father of the Bride Part II and G.I. Jane. Terry and his wife live in Southern California.

Paula M. Block is the co-author of the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine Companion and Star Trek: Action!, and is co-editor of the short story series Star Trek: Strange New Worlds. She has been a columnist for the Chicago Sun Times, the Midwest Correspondent for Biotechnology Newswatch, and the International Editor for Chemical Week. For the past sixteen years, she has overseen licensed publishing for a major Hollywood studio. She lives near Los Angeles with her husband.
