HEREAS by the fixth Claufe of an A&t paffed in the fifty-leventh year of His Majcity's Reign, intituled, "An Act to mak more effectual provision "for the improvement of the Internal Communications of this Province," it is enacted that h works then remaining to be done under an Act paffed in the fiftyfifth year of His Majefty's Reign, intituled, "An Act to improve the Internal "Communications of this P.ovince," for making the Highway of Communication bween the Par.fhes of Saint Pierre de la Bu Saint Paul, Saint Feréol and Saint Joach in, fhould be made under the direction of the Commiffioners of the Internal Communications for the County of Northumberland. been traced in the courfe of laft year, between the above-mentioned Parishes, which paffes over land, more favorable to agriculture than the road heretofore opened, and is, in other refpects, much more eligible than the said road.
