AN ACT to fix the time and place for holding the annual town meeting in the town of Colesville, in the county of Broome. Passed January 29, 1856. The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assembly, do enact as follows: . § 1. The annual meeting of the electors for the choice of town officers and transacting_town business, in the town of Colesville, in the county of Broome, shall be held at the Annual tavern house now kept by Benjamin Jones, in Centreville, in meeting, said town of Colesville, on the second Tuesday of February, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-six. when held. § 2. The justices of the peace in and for said town, or a Notice to be majority of them, shall give notice six days previous to the given. day of holding said town meeting, of the time and place of holding said meeting, by posting written or printed notices thereof in at least ten of the most public places in the town. § 3.
