Bruce McCormack is Frederick and Margaret L. Weyerhauser Professor of Systematic Theology at Princeton Theological Seminary. Kimlyn J. Bender is associate professor of theology and philosophy at the University of Sioux Falls in South Dakota. He is also the author of Karl Barth?s Christological Ecclesiology.
