Life on the Highest Plane: God's Plan for Spiritual Maturity

Front Cover
Kregel Publications, 1996 - Religion - 512 pages
Life on the Highest Plane has blessed several generations with its blend of biblical teaching and personal application. Ruth Paxson presents the biblical progression of the spiritual life from that of the natural person (the unsaved) to the carnal person (the immature believer) to the spiritual person (the mature believer). This last position is God's intention for all believers--a life lived on the highest spiritual plane.

About the author (1996)

Ruth Paxton (d. 1949) graduated from the State University of Iowa and afterward studied at Moody Bible Institute. She served as a missionary to China where her Bible lessons to pastors, evangelists, and teachers in the 1920s were well received. In response to requests from both Chinese and missionary friends, the lessons were expanded and originally published in three volumes, now combined in this one-volume edition.
